You feel happy.

It’s a great image, isn’t it?
Well, it can be a reality.
Chances are you’ve tried all of the fad diets – fat-free, low-fat, and everything in between.
You’ve done all of the workout DVDs and maybe even joined a gym.
But there’s one thing you haven’t tried yet – manifestation.
Today I’m going to teach you how to manifest your dream body by using the power of your thoughts.

1. Be clear on what you want
Manifesting your dream body starts with knowing exactly what you want your dream body to look like.
When you have a clear image in your head, this helps align your subconscious mind to start manifesting this reality.
What you focus your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs on is what you will bring into your life.
Take some time to think about how your dream body would look like.
Do you want a slimmer waist?
Do you want to put on muscle?
Do you want to look toned?
The clearer you are, the better.
2. Believe that change is possible
Changing what your body looks like is possible; you just need to believe it is.
Having belief can be difficult.
Many people lose hope and quit before they even get close, but it’s necessary to believe in your ability to change if you want to manifest your dream body.
When you have belief, you are changing your thoughts and feelings, and in turn, this starts to shift your reality.
A great way to help rewire your brain to start believing that change is possible is by using positive affirmations.
Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself daily.
Here are some examples of what you can tell yourself:
- I am changing my body for the better.
- My body is getting stronger.
- I am becoming more toned.
- Working out is easy for me.
By repeating them throughout the day, you start believing in these positive statements about yourself.
3. Practise self-love
The most important part of manifesting your dream body is loving yourself.
When you love yourself and who you are right now, it will help put you into a positive state of mind.
This positive mindset will make it easier for you to manifest your dream body by helping you focus on the good.
When you focus on the bad, this is when doubts and negative thoughts creep into your mind.
These negative emotions and thoughts will only block you from achieving your dreams.
When you are compassionate with yourself, this helps bring about motivation to become better.
So, remember that self-love is important!
4. Visualise yourself as you want to be
Visualization is a powerful way to manifest your dream body.
When you’re able to see how your dream body would change your life, you’ll be more likely to attract it into your life.
Close your eyes and spend some time imagining yourself as you want to be.
See yourself walking up to a mirror and looking at your completely transformed self.
See the positive changes in your life because you have changed into this new person.
How does it feel?
How are people reacting to you?
Now, feel how more confident you are because you have the body you’ve always wanted.
Feel the happiness that having your dream body brings.
Spend some time each day practicing visualizing seeing yourself with your dream body.
Each time, add more emotion and imagine yourself in different situations.
The more you do this, the easier it will feel and the better your results will be.
5. Take action to change
Of course, it’s all well and good to know how to manifest your dream body, but you need to take action.
By taking small steps each day, you can gradually start to change your body.
Make it a goal to work out at least 3-5 times per week.
Take the stairs, not the elevator.
Walk instead of taking transportation everywhere.
Remember that you are creating this new reality for yourself, so it’s up to you to make the necessary changes.
